Return Process

Log in to your account or visit our Support portal within 7 days of delivery to submit a return request with your order ID and photos of the product.

Our hygiene experts will review your submission to verify the eligibility of the return based on the item's unused condition and original packaging.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 hours through our logistics partners.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes the final inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or wallet within 7-10 business days.
